Boasting an extra-high 10.0-megapixel resolution, the SP-570UZ captures the most exquisite details of life, while the newly developed TruePic III image processor not only enhances image quality with sharper edges and reduced noise.

Dual Image Stabilization

The CCD-Shift Image Stabilization automatically compensates for camera shake by shifting the CCD in the direction opposite to the shake, while the higher ISO sensitivity settings mitigate the image blur caused by the subject movement. Both are especially effective in super telephoto shooting.

Advanced Face Detection Technology*2

The Face Detection Technology detects up to 3 faces at a time and adjusts the focus and exposure appropriately while the Shadow Adjustment Technology optimally compensates for the brightness, resulting in both the foreground and background images captured clearly. In addition, the "Smile Shot"*3 automatically takes 3 sequential pictures as soon as the subject smiles, making sure you never miss a precious moment.

High-Speed Sequential Shooting with Pre-Capture Mode

Super high-speed sequential shooting of the SP-570UZ allows you to capture up to 30 frames at 13.5 fps (in 3-megapixel mode), while unique Pre-capture mode lets you capture up to 10 frames before you release the shutter button so you'll never miss that perfect shot.

In-Body Panorama Picture

You can create panorama pictures of scenery landscape with in the SP-570UZ itself – no computer required. Three shots in a series can be automatically combined for a single "panorama" picture.
