The side fixing screw can secure a large external flash, ensuring a tough, shock-resistant hold.
Use with Olympus external flash FL-50R for the toughest combination
When using an FL-50R, you can use the provided flash hold unit to secure the external flash using also the side fixing socket for the best, firmest hold. This extra security makes the flash more shock resistant because even if the flash head was hit, the shock will not be absorbed fully by the shoe connection alone.
Supports several connection methods
You can use the provided shoe spacer for wireless shooting or the optional FL-CB05 flash cable for wired shooting.
* Wired connection using a flash cable is recommended when synchronizing the flash zoom to the camera, or if there are many people at the shooting scene.
Rotation lock pin ensures always the correct angle
Thanks to the rotation lock pin, the camera attachment part of the arm can be securely locked.
