A new Neo Lumi Micro Mat using a modified hexagonal microlens with approx. 20 micro meter pitch. The mat surface controls light dispersion characteristics, for bright, easy-to-focus images. A natural blurring effect is seen in out-of-focus areas as well.
Uses the same Neo Lumi Micro Mat as the FS-1. Grid lines divide the screen into 48 areas, allowing for more fine-tuned composition settings.
The FS-3 is a focusing screen with a grid matte screen, on which the image area is divided into 4 x 6 areas. The bright screen facilitates focusing and makes it easier to frame shots with horizontal/vertical check capability in landscape shooting. It also enables accurate duplication of printed photos with the macro lens.

The DE-P3 provides diopter extension in the positive direction by shifting the diopter by +3 m-1. When installed on the viewfinder eyepiece, the diopter can be extended up to +4 m-1 so that even farsighted users can see the viewfinder images clearly.
The DE-P3 is a large-sized eye cup with an easy-to-attach/detach slide-in type mechanism. To help screen out extraneous light (including sunlight) the cup is made of a soft rubber material that is comfortable and eye-friendly.

Easy-to-attach/detach slide-in type eyecup with magnifying lens for use with the E-300 and E-500. Expands the viewfinder field by approx. 1.2X for easier framing and focusing.
When attached to the camera's eye coupler*, the VA-1 allows the photographer to check the viewfinder image in a vertical direction. This facilitates viewfinder checking during low-angle work, such as crouching shots or macro-photography, and upward shots, such as night-sky photography.
