This model features the superb dustproof and splashproof performance of IP53 equivalent, and is freezeproof to -10℃. φ72mm filters can be attached to the end of the lens. Use PL or ND filters to enjoy a wide range of photographic expression. You can also protect the lens using protection filters.

1. Focus ringA zoom ring on the front of the lens allows for more space between the lens and grip. The camera and lens are easy to hold even when the lens is paired with a camera that has a large grip, such as the OM-D E-M1 Mark III, allowing for comfortable operations.
The AF stops functioning while the button is pressed. You may be able to assign other functions depending on your camera.
The L-Fn (lens function) button is placed in a location that is easy for the left thumb to reach for easy controls while holding the lens.
This model is equipped with the Manual Focus Clutch mechanism, which makes instant switching to manual focus possible by pulling the focusing ring toward you.
This mechanism is convenient for quickly activating the shutter for snapshots, etc.
